Thank you for shopping with Leonitas Couture. We hope that you're pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 30 days of receipt.
We will happily provide you with replacement, refund or store credit with no expiry date.
- All customers must return their order within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your order must be unwashed, unworn and be in the original packaging with the label attached.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Please send all returns by a reliable trackable service as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

How to start my return: Visit Our Returns Portal
Click on the "Returns Portal" link provided on our website. This will open the returns portal where you can initiate the return process.
- Enter Your Order Details
In the portal, you’ll need to enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
Once your order details are confirmed, you’ll be able to select the items you wish to return.

PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING FOR YOUR RETURNS PARCEL - If your returns package goes missing, this is the fault of the postal service and we will not be held responsible. In the case of your return parcel going missing, we will not be required to provide you with a store credit or exchange.
